Another LA staple. From the DT location to the Pasadena location, they always deliver. I like that they have both outdoor and indoor seating, and it's spacious. My go-to is their OG mini taco sampler plate, it comes with the steak picado, bistek Roja, tinga, mole, chicharron & cochinita pibil. And I highly recommend trying their chicharron (deep fried pork rinds braised in Chile verde). Simply the best! I noticed that they have expanded their menu these days. We also had the ceviche tostada, and I must say, it was unexpectedly fresh! They also have tamale, quesadilla, and breakfast options (breakfast only before 11am) Simply put, one of the best stewy tacos in LA! #bb10

This is a fantastic artisan taco chain using high quality ingredients and a friendly staff. For my first time I ordered the OG sampler which has a mix of steak, chicken and pork mini tacos plus a Large Horchata and they were all fresh and flavorful. They have a free parking lot out back as well.

It’s all smiles when you visit Guisados in Pasadena. It’s always a treat ever time I come here because I absolutely love their tacos! They have a wide variety from steak picado, bistec en salsa roja, mole poblano, chorizo, chile verde, pescado, and many more. They also have tamales, tostadas, aguas frescas, and spicy salsa. 😋 They have breakfast tacos too. Everything here is fresh and delicious. I like watching them make the tortillas. They bring in fresh masa from their original location in Boyle Heights to make tortillas. Another thing I love is the Spanish music. I’m eating my tacos and dancing in my chair. Nothing better! 🌮🔥 It’s all about enjoying good food, living for relaxing and happy moments. It gets busy so I like coming before lunch and for an early dinner to get parking and a table. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking is easier to find before the lunch and dinner crowd. The staff is attentive and friendly. They have 8 locations throughout Southern California.

Passing through Pasadena and reviews made this sound like a great place to try authentic tacos. It is! I couldn't decide what looked best so I got the OG mini taco sampler. All six were really good, but my favs were Bistek Roja and Conchinita Pibil. Braised meat to perfection. A lot of barbeque places could learn from Guisados. Also loved watching the hand made tortillas being made. Don't miss this place.

my go to place when i forget to bring my water bottle to work 🙏🏽🤧i’m lactose intolerant so i kind of wish they had more milk options but i don’t mind destroying my bladder once in a while✨ this is size small! i placed a pick up order and was ready asap, employees were kind and i was in and out😌

No matter which one you visit, they are all phenomenal! For first timers, you cannot go wrong with the house sampler. Two steak, two pork, and two chicken tacos! The tacos are small so if you have a large appetite regular tacos are suggested as they are much larger! They have specials on the menu such as tostadas! Excellent!
